New York Everyday Law Reference is published by Everyday Reason LLC. It is written for people who live or work in New York City’s five boroughs and want a clear read on laws and court decisions that show up in ordinary life—starting with personal injury topics such as sidewalks and traffic accidents.

We search for relevant laws and decisions, check them against official texts, and publish short articles in everyday language. We do not tell anyone what to do about a particular situation.
